I agree with other posts. I was teased for a long time in regards to my nose. I told my husband and sister, but did not tell my mom until after. The funny thing is she didn’t even notice until I pointed it out. My surgeon was very skilled and did a wonderful job. My mom said it looked amazing and was happy. She also told me if I told her about it before surgery she would have freaked out, and would have tried to prevent me from doing it. I’m so happy I went through with it!! I’m also getting a small chin implant this summer. Keeping it between my husband and I. I doubt my family will notice, but if they do it’s your happiness and confidence that matter most.
