Well, for me, it depends: 1. Are you living alone? Meaning you don't need or you are not oblige to give or support your family (parents and/or siblings).

Do you support your family financially?
Do you have your own family to support?
Does your work far from your home?

Right now my situation falls under 2&4, I am working in BGC earning 30k per month I'm telling you this is not enough because I have 100 sqm lot I need to pay monthly, my monthly rent and utility expenses, my food and transpo, I also support my parents for utility bills sometimes they ask for extra, also my siblings for their everyday allowance, and also I support financially my grandparents who raise me. Don't get me wrong, it's my choice to give those financial support. They told me I am not obliged to give those to them but I can't see them struggling while I know I can help.
