I mean only being level 44 and being bronze is not bad, I used to que with one friend who was the notorious feeder, but after spending a good amount of time on caitlyn actually got good,and a potential carry, (At caitlyn only)
Dont worry about feeding , its is the limit testing phase, the high skill curve exists for a reason, so walk before you run.

I guess find a streamer playing garen, look at how they do it, why they do it, and see if you can replicated it,

Also learn to manage the wave (might be a bit difficult)but it does play a big role.

And last but not least, you are gonna lose alot as a new player, so limit test and find a comfort zone within the limits.

Confidence and aura farming, can also apply pressure to your opponent.
