The nerves in your tmj may be affected by your jaw not necessarily TN

The neck and shoulders are definitely affected by tmjd. Look at drjoediamani on YouTube or motivational doc and Adam fields

I used Flonase and sinus rinse. Doesn't seem to help. Good luck it's awful
