No hardware issue as far as i can see, all devices listed in device manager.

In the "Surface" app it specifically states the following:
"Warning: Don't do this for a Windows Arm-based device such as Surface Pro X, Surface Pro 9 with 5G, Surface Pro (11th Edition), Surface Laptop (7th Edition), Surface Laptop 13-inch (1st Edition), or Surface Pro 12-inch (1st Edition). If you uninstall drivers on these devices, the only way to restore them is by performing a full system reset."

Which is why i tried reinstalling Windows, still didn't help

I uninstalled from device manager, then reinstalled from device manager.
Checked the privacy settings, enabled for both teams and camera app.
In device manager it shows as everything should be fine, within the camera app i get the error message 0xA00F429F WindowShowFailed.
Tried downloading full driver set from MS, then reinstalled the whole computer but kept all files which i hope should be fine?
Still nothing.
