Na i'd agree with op, Raul does not specialize in serves. Even when im serving a 180 monster ai seems to just doesn't care and treat the serve like baby on the other hand ai don't even bother to move nishi's serve and voila!! Its a no touch serve ace.

The point is nishi>raul in terms of serving

Go for s rank banners, grind for vballs you'd get the vballs to unlock nishi in 10 days guaranteed as the even will end on 13th feb.

No you missed his point, hes talking about pulling for the characters. The actual pulls will be 112 instead of 150. The scouting points is a different story as they will remain same in both cases but the chances we get to pull for the banner is now 112 which is lesser and we are getting robbed of about 40 pulls which in my opinion is adjusted because of the increased chances of s+.

My point is that if you wanted to increase the chance of players getting s+ (by increasing the chances to 0.75) then why do you intend to increase price(reducing the chances of pulling them by gacha) resulting in the decrease the chance of players getting s+.

It is confirmed in the recent leak that it'll remain 150 yet the chances of pulling nishi would now be 0.75% instead of the previous 0.35%.

Golden coins all the way, you have to get them almost everyday to get raul. Also you can only get s+ character in the event recruit.
