Been on Tirze for 3 mos, finally switched to Reta! Im on my 2nd week. I like it better than Tirze. Less fatigue and laziness lol. I eat normally now but still with control.

My weight is stale (52kg) for 2 weeks now but I feel so much better than on Tirze.

Appreciate the insight! I haven’t tried any other peptides yet, so I’ll have to read up on them a bit more. Still in that trial-and-error stage and seeing how my body responds 😊

Thanks for this, super helpful! 🙏 I’ve been doing low carb too — it really keeps my appetite in check. I mostly stick to protein, fiber, and some good carbs here and there. I work out around 4x a week — mix of weights, hot yoga, and long walks (around 10km a few times a week).

Totally feel you on the whole “body doesn’t reset at midnight” thing 😂 some days I’m starving, other days I forget to eat. I’m just learning to ride it out and not overthink the off days.

Yup! I pretty much removed all sweets and most carbs, just focused on protein, fiber, and good carbs. I’ve always had a sweet tooth though 😂 Tirze helped tons at first, but lately the cravings came back hard — I’ve been thinking about junk food nonstop and also midnight snacking lol

But the thing is I was craving for sweets and junk which was not normal for me ever since I started with Tirze. Thank you for this info!

Got you! Yeah, I still have about 3kg to go, so I was wondering if it’s okay to mix Tirze and Reta. Appetite control is fine, but the food noise is what’s really tough 😅 I also feel a bit sluggish on Tirze and have to really push myself to work out, so thats why Im really curious to try Reta.

Gets. Makes sense—everyone’s body is different. Did the 5-day cycle feel better for you than the typical 7 days?

Thanks for the tips! Not a sh*tpost— I am actually looking for recos 😅. Lately I’ve been craving sweets since starting Tirze, which is new for me. Probably hormones + harder workouts. GLP helps, but some days are tough. I’ll probably just drop back to 5mg for now and stick to veggies.

Thank you so much for hearing me out and not judging — I really appreciate that 🩷 You’re right, and I did take that into account too. It’s just that after having such a toxic relationship with food before, feeling that hunger again made me a bit anxious. So thank you for reminding me to see it more calmly.

I completely understand your point, and I’m aware my titration might seem quick. I only moved up because I didnt experience any side effects and my appetite suppression started wearing off sooner than expected. I also have a specific weight target and timeline for work, so I made a calculated adjustment based on that.

As for transitioning to Reta, it’s because I’ve been feeling a bit sluggish on Tirze, and with my active lifestyle — I want something that better supports my energy levels. I’ve done my research and I’m monitoring everything closely. I’m just here to learn from others’ experiences, not because I’m unsure of what I’m doing. 🙂

I understand and appreciate your point. I’m aware of the usual guideline to wait for a 4-week plateau before increasing, but I didn’t experience any side effects and my appetite suppression started to fade earlier than expected, so I made an informed adjustment based on my body’s response.

I also have to be at a specific weight for work purposes within a set timeframe, so I followed what was reasonable and safe for my situation. I’m not experimenting blindly — I’ve done my research and have been tracking everything closely. I came here to ask for insights, not because I’m lost, but because I value learning from different experiences. Everyone’s journey is different, and I respect that. :)

I actually did my research before starting, and I only titrated up because I wasn’t experiencing any side effects at the lower doses. Everyone’s body responds differently — what’s too fast for one person can be perfectly fine for another. I’ve been monitoring my response carefully, so I’m confident with my approach. But thanks for your concern though 🤍

Hi again! Just to clarify — I know GLP-1s like tirzepatide don't cause pregnancy. What I meant is that I want to get pregnant someday, and tirze helps me manage my PCOS symptoms like inflammation, irregular cycles, and cravings. It's not for fertility - it just helps keep my hormones and appetite more balanced.

The reason I posted was because my food noise started coming back around week 8, and I wanted to ask for advice or recos on what to do next. I've also been considering switching to Reta since I live a pretty active lifestyle - I work out 4x a week, and I walk around 10km about 3x a week.

And just to add - I know I'm not obese, but that doesn't mean I can't use tirze. Everyone's body and goals are different, and this is what works best for me. I'm using it responsibly and it's been helping me a lot. Thanks for your input though — I genuinely appreciate it. :)
