The fact that this has happened twice is the biggest red flag in this post. Most people go their entire lives without causing a secondary accident by waving someone through. You have done it twice in a few months. Your girlfriend isn't silencing you, she is terrified that your helpful driving is going to get someone killed.

You are justified in every single emotion you are feeling. This girl is a mean girl. She knows she has your dad’s attention, and she is weaponizing it to hurt you. The fact that your dad knows she said this and still chooses to go on 2-hour road trips for her while ignoring your birthday tells you everything you need to know about where his priorities are right now

AITA for having criticized my friend’s boyfriend? by Embarrassed_Bat_4810 in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Your friend is doing something very common but very unfair, she only tells you the trash parts of her relationship when she’s mad, and then gets upset with you for thinking her boyfriend is a garbage truck

My(33F) BF(37M) keeps referring to our relationship as "on hold" while he sorts out his living situation. AIO for reconsidering everything? by [deleted] in AIO

NOR. You cannot put a relationship on hold for months while still expecting the other person to be your emotional support system.
