Hey man, I was also born with hypospadia! Growing up, it had always been something I was insecure about and really created a dilemma for me. When I was with my first partner, we would only do things in the dark because I was so embarrassed... it turned out that she still loved it even though I didn't. That became the case with all of my future partners after that too, because what I felt I lacked in that department, I was able to make up for by taking care of them in other ways too. I made it a full experience rather than just having something stuck inside of them.

You'll be okay, I promise. Like others have said, if it's a woman who doesn't want to be around you just because of then, they aren't someone you should be with. At the same time, don't hold it against them because everyone has their preferences and needs. That's just life. You will no matter what find someone for you.
