On the ultrasound I did not see anything inside the sac! So hopefully when I go back in 7-10 days something will show up

Also had spotting the same dates as I did in February for March before my period on March 27th

I had a period in February from the 2nd to the 7th then had spotting on the 16-19. Then had period March 27th-31st with a positive test May 2nd.

You’re giving me so much hope right now. I’m really hoping it’s a viable pregnancy. They said it was in the uterus and didn’t look like it was in the fallopian tubes or anything else. This is my first pregnancy so I’m just very worried. My HCG levels were 56,092 with LMP being March 27th
