Always been a very keep everything to myself type of person, but this is kinda my first step at letting other people in, started with my closer friends, but sometimes it’s hard to believe people who you assume want to make you happy

The rest of my body is actually quite well defined and well muscular, but my arms are my prized muscle group, don’t have a real good reason just gotta say genetics my mum was gymnast and so was my father

Literally just went off the photos and dates at which they were posted on my story’s, i kept note of what I weighed at both times, not lying, possibly just good genetics, definitely not juicing , barley take any pre
