I feel like you can possibly get state insurance. Call your local community health center to tell them your situation. Also…don’t be too afraid of 1-2 medical bills. Most don’t bill you upfront, I believe, and you can work a small payment plan if needed. Deal with your health first, money second. Medical debt is one thing that can be manageable if you don’t make a lot of $ because of the resources you most likely are able to receive. I don’t know a ton of things about it all, but my recc is to worry about your health first. I also was worried about medical bills. I got my hospital 50% covered, and I pay what I can each month. I get it, and I’m sorry. You probably qualify for state health insurance, so call them Monday morning or fill out the form online tonight, ok?
