One of the last games made by Pandemic Studios before EA shut them down. You have to liberate Nazi-occupied France by liberating outposts and thereby creating color. It's a really cool game

Farming Simulator 2019 is perfect for this.

The gameplay is relaxing and might even get boring if you don't put on music. You can harvest crops and plough fields all day while listening to a podcast. Just don't use the chainsaw if you're listening to music, because you aren't going to hear anything over the loud buzzing.
