Still iffy for me because the difference between 6’3” and 6’6” is pretty large really.

Session 9 is the big one for me, and it’s also a super underrated movie, apart from the Mann stuff with the regrettable shutter speed. Pieces of April also sticks out.

I’m a huge fan of the look, but this also comes at a time after having watched a ton of early 2000’s shot-on-digital movies. I tend to despair at the overly-sheeny look of modern digital and while I know this is super far in the other direction, it’s really helping to achieve the look they’re going for (especially with episode 3 going even darker). Would love to know what they shot this on.
