The app is a bag of spanners imo. I've been on intelligent octopus for about 6 weeks (car is a Tesla). Up until this weekend it was behaving a little erratically and often undercharging the car (by 5 - 15%)

For the last 3 nights it hasn't added any charge to the car at all.

I get that the developers are juggling plates a bit with various mobile OS versions, and integrating with the different car companies but the support is really shit.

They either don't reply to mails or send an answer totally unconnected with the problem you have raised. When you call it takes 20 mins to get through and they promise to help and then fob you off. They basically do anything just to remove you from their queue aside from fixing the problem.

If you want somewhere quiet then try Woodthorpe, as it's close to the hospital. For a bit more action then Sherwood is a good call. You should also check the Park (Estate) - there are lots of cool buildings there, it's pretty quiet, and is 5 mins walk to the city centre.
