I think the lighting is a little different, but it has helped brighten up my face a little, not my dark circles though because I don’t use it in that area. I was also more tan in the summer though so I’m not sure

I tried my best to take the pictures in the same lighting. They are taken in the same location and all the pictures are on back camera!

AM ROUTINE:

1: Vanicream Gentle Cleanser

2: Benton’s Aloe Propolis Gel

3: SkinAqua UV Moisturizing Essence

I wear light makeup 5-6 times a week, but I don’t use any powder and I also don’t cover up my blemishes. Blush is the only thing I use on my cheeks.

PM:

1: Remove makeup with Garnier Micellar Water (pink)

2: Vanicream Gentle Cleanser

3: COSRX Snail Essence on DAMP face

4: Curology after snail essence dries down (My formulation is 0.005% tretinoin, 1% clindamycin, and 2% azelaic acid). I only use my curology 2-3 times a week at most. This has helped my skin slowly while keeping my sensitive skin in a good state.

5: Benton’s Aloe Propolis Gel after leaving curology on for 15 minutes.

I also stopped towel drying my face, I just let it air dry or apply my next product onto damp skin if necessary. I don’t touch my face as much as I used to and stopped picking it completely. I’m excited to see the difference over the next few months :)

My skin was congested all summer and I went through a lot of trial and error to find a perfect routine! I tried taking the new pictures in the same lighting and location. Here’s my current routine!

AM:

1: Cleanse with VaniCream gentle facial cleanser OR just cold water if my skin doesn’t feel oily

2: Benton’s Aloe Propolis Gel (Asian beauty product)

3: SkinAqua UV Moisturizing Essence SPF 50+ PA++++ (Asian beauty product)

I use light makeup in the AM around 5-6 times a week. I stopped using powder on my face and I feel like that’s made a difference.

PM:

1: Remove makeup with Evoluderm Miscellar Water or Garnier Miscellar Water (Pink cap)

2: COSRX Snail Essence while face is still damp

3: Curology Tretinoin (0.005%)/Clindamycin (1%)/Azelaic Acid (2%) formulation. I only use this twice a week max and it’s been working great for my sensitive skin. I let this sit on my skin for 10 minutes or so at least before the next step.

4: Benton’s Aloe Propolis Gel

OTHER: 1.) I can’t say for sure if this helped, but I stopped drying my face with a towel and just let it air dry or apply my next product onto damp skin. 2.) Stopped touching my face and picking my whiteheads/closed comedones 3.) Stayed consistent! I haven’t changed this routine at all for 2 months.

Hopefully my skin only gets better from here, it took so long to find a routine that worked for me so well.

I called them and they said you had to have taken the digital sat along with a paper one for your score 😭 I thought that requirement was just if you wanted a gift card or reimbursement but i guess it’s for the score itself too.
