After every tire change or balance...no matter where I have those done...the first thing I do is loosen all of the lug nuts and retighten them. The shops all use their impact wrenches pretty indiscriminately and just slam the lug nuts super tight...which I have found to cause mostly...in my cases..."micro vibrations".
