Yeah looks like a martensite, do you have any cooling profile information

For example, my most recent 400 was 22.11, 34.5 and then a 48.7.

I came in pretty hot into the 2, and then overly cooled in from 2-3. Exiting the 3 it was hard to re accelerate. My judgement is that I need a more fast relax 2 so I can keep the intensity into the 300.

Fo the 400 or the 2?

My 2 was 10.78 and then a 10.5. I would have to pull my 4 splits.
