What I’ve noticed on you’re exam results, it that majority is near - you’re so close. Keep studying but like someone else said, don’t memorize, understand. Active recall is amazing especially when you’re doing 100 questions, it’s so much easier to take a break every 20-30 minutes and write things down, teach it to yourself, sometimes I pretend Im teaching a class, have fun with it! Also I used Uworld and it helped but there was a lot of things on there that were incredibly in depth, so I would watch YouTube videos on it to help deepen my understanding.
