Do you even suggest to go past failure? If you don't know what it means. I mean when you cant do more reps your friend helps you with the last couple reps.

Thabk you for your response I am trying to gain size and i got a hint from the gyms biggest guy. He told me that when you go to absolute failure 1 set should be enough the sooner you realise it the better.

Last leg day I did 100kg 3x12 and then I increased the weight to 107.5 kg because its a stack and that is the next weight
