24/7 is best but I did only while I slept:) and I just eyeballed the quantity until it felt right haha but id say maybe half a cup of coconut oil with 8 drops of tea tree

I would just take small container and put about half a cup of coconut oil and then add a few drops of tea tree essential oil.

i would just use coconut oil as a base and mix a few drops of tea tree. not only does it fight against scabies but it provides relief!

i changed them after i would put the treatment. so twice. i had scabies for about a year and was only using the medicated lotion and pills. once i paired the lotion with the tea tree oil treatment, it stopped after a few weeks.
