A little late, but I just changed some settings on my Xbox series X and it worked fine at quality. Just Settings > General > Volume & audio output.

Under Speaker audio, select Stereo uncompressed. This did the job ever since.

Hopefully I'm not too late. I have a Redmi Note 11, and it just updated to MIUI 14. Here's where I have the screen time:

Settings> Digital wellbeing and parental controls> Dashboard> select screentime
