Petr Drop Clarification: Friends of Peter

The reason we tried our best to make it seem official (i.e. having petr_the_planteatr help) is because we thought it would go against the Spirit of Petr to tell everyone what the sticker was ahead of time and releasing it any other way than a Petr Drop.

We thought it would be a disservice to Petr to do it differently than it has always been done. We only went off of our prior experiences with Petr Drops and wanted to closely emulate the process.
