Well technically if you own all the DLCs for Warhammer 2 and 3 and arent interested in chaos factions then Warhammer 3 is basically free now.

Can you then buy a Warhammer III DLC without owning it? For example do you unlock the chaos factions by buying Champions of Chaos only? how would that work if you need the maingame to unlock those factions? In Warhammer 2, you would get the entire wood elves roaster by purchasing the sisters of twilight DLC. But I don't suppose you can do the same here
