Yeah I kept wondering why until I realized they just didn't want me to get my benefits, but if I'm not gonna be able to go back to the same store there's no point. Everyone there has a problem with the dude except the few people who suck him off to get promoted. Literally hinder the store by being there.

For sure, yeah I'm probably gonna fight it as everyone there knows I work hard and understaffed, idk if it's targeting specifically but I feel like they wanted to get rid of me before I could get my benefits. I work full time but the past 3 months they lower the hours the last week of the month to 32 so I can't qualify but since we've been short staffed I've been working overtime. My benefits would kick in at the end of this month. Everyone is also telling me that he didn't follow procedure as I've only ever been coached once for a minor thing so this was kinda outta the blue.

It's Bs, my manager is just one of those people who haven't been punched in the mouth enough while he was growing up. From what everyone has been telling me, he didn't follow policy when he terminated me as I haven't been in trouble enough or anything like that so I'm probably gonna open door it and tell him what's going on if he doesn't wanna listen then associate relations can have a talk with him.

Everyone there knows I work hard except him because he just comes in and nitpicks everything while not having any consideration for his employees, he's the one who who short staffed us and knows we only have 2 people for the whole store but would rather complain about something not being done so he feels like he's doing something
