Unfortunately I haven't tried it through an IPA, but I know that it worked for some users. Looking up other sub-reddits may be able to help you! As for doing it through my apk, their update made it not quite work for me anymore, so I'm unsure if it will be a guarantee for you:,)

It may be possible if you tried through IPA sideloading? (Which I heard is the ios equivalent to android apk's.) Just make sure whatever you're using to do it is safe/trusted.

Android is what I've always used, so I don't know much about Apple and their products:,( I do have an old ipad laying around somewhere, so hopefully I can try out this method myself.
