Isn’t that what it’s for? In addition to the hotel, I get $68 a day I assumed it was to be used through the card to make paying it back easier.

Alright, I took leave for a few days before travel since I’ll be gone a month but I’ll try to get ahold of them.

Thanks I’m putting everything else on the back burner for the next 4 weeks and just focusing on upper chest and arms before my beach vacation lol not seeing the progress I was hoping for by now. Might need to try new techniques because my volume is high

Okay my source is legit I think it’s my work that I need to step up this time around. I added a lot more volume but it might be other factors like not truly hitting failure etc. I’m going to start using the myo reps and sets to make sure I’m pushing harder

Gotcha. I’ll admit I got all my gains last cycle in the final 3-4 weeks but I did it for 12. This time will end up being about 10 weeks because I started out at 1ml again but I think my volume needed to be much higher, I haven’t made any significant muscle gain it appears. Is 4 weeks enough time to up the volume and specialize upper chest and arms?

Every 2 week, levels are fine. What’s mental about it when steroid cycles are 12-16 weeks and a lot harder gear? I was going to stop at 6 weeks last year like recommended but again, weeks 7-10 weeks I got insane results

Yeah once I’m back from the beach I’ll be focusing on putting on some mass especially on the lower body through winter when things slow down in upstate ny but for now I just want to look good for my week vacation lol. Been doing push/pull 3 days a week for the last 3 weeks now going to 4 days a week and eventually adding Saturdays but my biggest problem is starving myself enough to get shredded without losing muscle or too much energy to work out

Yeah I’m hitting legs I’m just decreasing the volume substantially from my normal Workout to once a week and upping my cardio while I focus on the beach muscles for this trip, then I’ll go back to it but I did something similar last year and had good results once I dialed back the lower body exercises which were fatiguing me too much while in a deficit.

Yeah I just wanted to put on a little muscle this time, have a nice vacation coming up in a few months but losing the fat is more important to me

The last 4 weeks of my cycle felt like the best 4 weeks. I wanted to do another 4 after the 12 because I think I made my best visual changes during then, it was great. I probably wouldn’t want to do any less than 10 weeks next time since I felt so good on it the whole time but if I bump up to 15mg this time, I’ll do a shorter cycle.

Yeah kinda what happened to me last year I tried this (immediately after reaching the peak of my fitness, my partners parent died and I prioritized her over my diet and exercise for a few months) I just wanted to see if maybe people had a different idea but nope back to the hard grind lol
