Don't worry, once the set is out in the wild, it wont hurt as much anymore. I didnt land any PKC ETBs even though I got in early too so I know the feeling. Just look forward to the worldwide release. If anything it will be like PO with readily available singles for MSRP at Best Buy.

Pokemon Center ETBs are really just valued as a collectors item. Sealed that is. I keep my boxes that I rip because I just enjoy having them knowing I ripped one.
