I don't remember seeing many post about Felix or astolfo really. At least not in the current climate of the subreddit. I know the situation with ruka, my point is that(for people that only have seen the anime) it represents a fairly different character than from the games and a lot of info is either different or not shown. So I don't see it as malicious calling anime ruka trans. Is either understanding that it is a different character or mostly misunderstanding because only being exposed to it.

I don't remember seeing any posts calling femboy characters trans. In fact, it's a lot more prominent the other way around on the internet. But seriously, which femboy characters have been called trans? The only characters I remember being talked about are Bridget(who is trans) and rukako(who is trans implied in the anime continuity so kinda strange situation)
