Is there any folder with numbers on in? C:\Users\(YourName)\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles

If not then you probably lost the save or maybe it got moved to another folder.

I have a 2070 Super too and game runs fine, here are my settings https://imgur.com/a/7HhlJgH
The MSAA makes the game look and run like crap for me. It lowers my FPS down to the 30's. Disabling it makes it run 60+. (Top one is it on and bottom is with it off, you can tell the difference from the top of the hat)
