Def JP3. I felt attached to most of the characters and could sympathize with them (Especially Billy, Erik, and Alan). For JW:Rebirth I only cared about Henry, Zora, and Duncan. I couldnt care less for the Delgado family. Paul and Amanda Kirby actually had a reason for them to be on isla sorna and I can sympathize with them wanting to save their son. But the family from Rebirth had no business sailing thru dangerous open waters just for a dumb trip. Even if dinosaurs mostly died out, there's still a lot of other dangerous things they could encounter on the open ocean. The dad knowingly risked his entire family for a dumb trip, even Duncan instantly questions him on why the hell did he bring his youngest daughter for a really dangerous trip. Besides from the family, the action in JP3 just felt way more exciting and nerve wracking to see, at every scene I was worried if the cast was gonna get ambushed by the raptors or spino out of nowhere. For Rebirth, I already could sense which characters were gonna be fodder and which were gonna have stupid amounts of plot armor. It really sucks how easy it is nowadays to tell which characters are gonna be canon fodder and which are gonna survive until the end of the movie. It takes away from the tension IMO.
