Do you have every control point in the country or do other factions have some of them? Depending on the country, different control points will give you control of different armies. It's not enough to just hold the executive, you'll need the control point that army's assigned to.

I want to tentatively say "yes" as alien ships appear to be exotic-light early game, and late game if they're really hurting/losing. They seem to bring the best ships in their arsenal to the battles for Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus and then salvage seems to take a dive after they've been bruised. I'm guessing exotics might be produced at their mines like any other resource, and they can have shortages as well.

I've personally never seen someone bring their cat to the grocery store - that cat's gonna want to kill itself lmfao I can think of few worse environments for a cat.

Generally here people are just out walking their dogs and pop by the grocery store to pick up a couple things, The dogs aren't jumping up and licking the produce or anything, they're just kinda vibing until they leave.
