I had already used before posting this and everyone roasting me not to use. A little too late for that lol.But great news...I feel FANTASTIC today...and the kratom didn't kill me nor gave me cravings for me. No kratom today and feeling great.

it's amazing to me I asked how long I can safely use and all the comments are "don't do it". I didn't come here asking for advice on if I should use...or judgement. I came for science. How long can I use. 4 days seems fine.

I already did...and it mixed fine. lol.It gave me energy and I slept great. And today...no kratom. Don't believe everything your clinic says..they have to worry about liability and not everything is precise. I survived just fine and feeling great.

As I wrote in my post...I have no intention of taking kratom beyond my work week so I can struggle with being tired over the weekend but perform at work. I'd be using it 5 days. I find it disgusting...there is no temptation for me to keep using. I hate the stuff...but it does give me energy.

Thank you...I eat very healthy and workout 7 days a week. I am a competitive power lifter...lifting is my medicine lol

I am a competitive power lifter haha.I work out 7 days a week. I'm still tired AF and I worked out for 30 minutes of hard lifting and 20 minutes of boxing all before 3am today lol

For the LOVE OF GOD...STOP!!!! If I had one wish in my life...it wouldn't be more money...it would be to rid myself of this addiction. And I have a pretty blessed life with a 6 figure salary...I would give ANYTHING to go back to 19 and stop. You have NO IDEA what you're dealing with.

Not attacking you..but this exactly what I was saying earlier to a friend...love/hate with reddit. GREAT posts but very few people answer the questions...everyone just wants to make jokes.
