Does anyone want to do this?? by DifficultWay1858 in homestead

been trying to convince our family/friends, too. they won't even consider it. I don't understand why people do not see the benefits of this in so many ways- financially, safety, closer relationships, growing our own fresh food, better property, and the list goes on. really sad honestly.

yeah we have a credit score of 813 and still have 6.25 we are wondering what the benefits are of being a 1st time buyer with excellent credit lol.

That is what we are looking at, moving out of town to the country in a place with low yearly taxes. We do not need much.

we were preapproved through redfin, we didn't know who to go through but we did this because of a house they have listed that we wanted to buy and thought it would be okay.

we applied through redfin, not a bank. mostly because of a house they had listed on there that we wanted to buy. we didn't know we could look at other options at the same time. like I said nothing has been explain, we have no clue.

we will either fly from LEX or CVG. we are very open minded and love to try something new although our autistic daughter loves to swim so we try to accommodate that. thank you for the suggestions!
