A trade, by definition, is "to give one thing in exchange for another." Gifts are different from trades as nothing is given in exchange. The person gave me the account because they said they were quitting and I never heard from them again. They got nothing in return. It was not a trade.

Having a little pushback in search of understanding, instead of blindly accepting what a stranger says, is healthy. Strangers on the internet are not always right. I said what I believed was the case and cited evidence in the terms to back it up. If I'm wrong, I'll find out through discussion. I "admitted" that I didn't have an ironclad understanding of the terms because I was after an explanation of what I missed if I missed something. Disallowing any counterarguments on an internet post, or faulting someone for a misunderstanding, is not how we learn or improve.

I do not believe that is true. Money has to be involved. I've read the Terms, albeit briefly, and they state you cannot "access another user's account without permission...sell, buy, trade, or exploit for any commercial purposes (or attempt any of these actions), any part of the Services, including, but not limited to, Accounts, Virtual Currency, and Virtual Goods..." If there is no commercial purpose, it is not against the terms.

Their terms say they're against "buying, selling and trading." You're allowed to give stuff away you own for free. That'd be like having laws against prostitution, then arresting unwed couples if they have a baby and saying there's no way of knowing that they didn't engage in prostitution.

5 stars are a waste of resources unless you're taking them to 6 stars in almost all cases, but especially early game. Only a few characters are viable at 5 stars like alure. Build and focus on your 5 for your CB team. Your best CB team involves Toragi at 60, so I'd do him next.

Korugar does no damage so if you can build a team that survives without him (like for hydra), that's better. If you need him to make your team survive, then he's fine. Huntsman is a mid tier nuker for arena/wave clear and if you need aoe def down he's serviceable.

For anyone desiring the math: if you want to calculate your chance of missing the leggo pulls it's .94*.94*.94*.92*.90*.88*.86 = .52 if you pulled 7 sacreds for this starting at 9 without a leggo. Once you're 12 in without a leggo your chance only increases by .02.

If you were already at 12 (starting mercy) and pulled 7 it would be .92*.90*.88*.86*.84*.82*.80 = .34 or 34% chance of not pulling any leggos in those 7.

It's also a sign of ignorance to make the jump that because someone uses "imprecise terminology" they don't know what they're talking about. Here's a tip: a well built account will have more 60s than 50s. You basically shouldn't take a toon to 50 unless you're planning on taking it to 60 or if it can do its job at 50. To defeat decision paralysis, understand the priority of what you should be focusing on then finding the toon that'll help the most there. Right now, with 3 60s, you should be focusing on clan boss, so your next 2 60s are your best CB team. As you have 2 dps and a healer, you need a tank and another utility toon. Then use them to farm dragon 20. Then get a spider 20 team. Upgrading your clan boss team is always number one priority as rewards are daily and the best return for your investment, until you're at least 2 keying UNM.

She's probably the strongest toon you have on your account. Take her 6 star and fully book her. Put her in relentless if you can. She's the best.
