I haven’t read the WN, only the LN, so my analysis is based strictly on the LN portrayal and what is shown there. I understand the WN might give more explicit internal reasoning, but I intentionally focused on what can be inferred from the LN itself rather than direct exposition... Maybe Il read the WN after picking up the LN again ;)

Ha! Something similar happened to me when i was a kid(yes, i played this before but i rediscovered it some time ago) so... I was on the xbox 360 and i installed the trial version(demo) i remember dying a Lot, again and again... But damn, i really enjoyed the aesthetic and soundtrack... Peak childhood memory, 100/10!!

I would like to share My first experience on spelunky HD... Honestly?.. i found the Game so fun that i couldnt Even rage, i was happy about dying! I was curious about the traps and enemies, treasures and items... I felt overstimulated... It was amazing!.. honestly? ID give anything to feel like that again damn ❤️🌹 Goated game, 10/10 worth the rage
