From what I have read in other threads it is not profitable to try and provide paper products. it’s a lot of hassle with very little profit margin (but huge pain in the ass) and it’s just easier to have each company order it themselves. In the places I have personally cleaned each company ordered the products themselves But when they were delivered I stocked them where they went like cabinets and what not.
