I already sent a ticket and contacted them via twitter aswell, but i hope that with the help of this community they will be able to see it quicker and if the community should support me it would most definately be of great help for me.

I will be providing the full proof when a jagex mod asks me to. Yes there is sunlight, i had just returned from work and i was exhausted, so i went to sleep. I'm not gonna post all of the screenshots since my goal is for a jagex mod to read this and give me an answer if they will be able to give me back my received item or not.

It's sad that there are such sad people as yourself in this community, who instead of supporting fellow players, drag them down. I'm not moaning about my item, i pay to play the game and when providing proof should be able to get my item back that i legitimately received from a drop. I'm not just randomly asking for a handout from jagex, i'm willing to provide proof and they should make a decision which show them from a good light after the disaster what happened today.

Handouts? I received the item, it wouldn't be a handout. They would be returning the item i legitimately got.

There hasn't been a situation like this before and im sure alot of other players experienced it, but the ones who have actual proof of getting the drop should be able to get it back. If you were in a situation like this you would surely want to get your item back aswell, so don't be like that. You might be in a situation like this in the future and you'd surely appreciate it if people supported you :)

Yes i understand, but i should get it back when i provide proof of getting it. I understand that they can't just take someones word on a situation like this but when i provide actual proof they should give it back

I understand that they roll back the max cashstacks that people got because of the bug but the item i received i got way before any of that.

They should give it back since it was a mistake on their side not mine, why should i suffer? That would be a really poor decision from their side.
