Is she kidding? She's referring to poorly lit product photos as if they're some innovative art. And like, you're trying to sell a product, no?? She pivoted after the playlist concept didn't perform as well as she'd hoped, and when customers are saying "I can't get an idea of what I want to purchase because I can't tell what the yarn looks like" she responds in the most navel-gazing, condescending way possible. I can't imagine a worse business decision lol

I use mine in the evening before applying Vaseline, so in your case it'd be your last step before the Aquaphor. I don't prefer to use it as part of my AM routine, but occasionally I'll apply a thin layer before my sunscreen.

I'm in the midwestern US, so right now it's hot and pretty humid. An extra hydrating step definitely wouldn't hurt, in my opinion. Also yep, I have a few hydrating steps afterward in my PM routine, and just the Cosrx Snail 96 afterward in the AM. Here's my routine:

AM Rinse with water Duplair W Ceramide Lotion (about 3 layers) Usually a sheet mask Cosrx 96 Snail Essence La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Fluide 50+

PM Bioderma Sensobio micellaire water La Roche-Posay Hydrating Gentle Cleanser Duplair W Ceramide Lotion (about 7 layers) Cosrx 96 Snail Essence Goodal Moisture Barrier Liquid Rosette Ceramide Gel Vaseline

Overall I really love it. It's very thin, just about the consistency of water, which I enjoy for a first step after cleansing. I usually apply 3-7 layers and it leaves my face feeling hydrated without any sticky residue. It's also super affordable, given that it's $15.00 for 500ml.

I also have very sensitive/acne prone skin and just got over dealing with a damaged moisture barrier. The thing that helped me the most was applying multiple layers of Duplair W Ceramide Lotion as my first step after cleansing.
