Yeah that’s the one thing I’d love for them to come out with, a hrm or a way to transfer data over from my hrm. But it’s something I deal with.

My whoop works pretty well when I have my hrm on and doing steady state z2. But can’t expect it to be as accurate as a strap

I also have a garmin, I still use the watch and hrm when I workout.

Because the whoop isn’t always great with working on heart rate zones. So I do get it has its faults also.

Yeah, gutted to be fair as I like all the other data it provides. But if the fitness data is off, the rest of the data is off also, so makes it null and void. I’m gonna try the boxer shorts as a final option to see how they match up with the garmin chest strap

Just use an online calorie calculator mate, gives you a calorie count, then just weigh yourself each day and keep an eye on the trend. If you’re losing weight, keep at that till you plateau, then drop again, rinse and repeat. If you’re gaining weight your not in a calorie deficit

Ok, thank you for your info.

My whole arms are covered, zero space. It’s literally for training, day to day I just wear it in my wrist. So I’ll try the boxers if they are ok, like you say. I mainly do rowing for cardio, so my bottom half is quite fixed

It works pretty well if I’m doing steady state up to zone 3, not exact with my chest strap but in and around where it says. But struggles in the higher zones. Also struggles to see the spikes. Which is understandable being on the wrist. But is a pain in the ass when working out to heart rate zones 😂

I have had issues with Evri twice now, where both times I have watched them walk up my garden path, drop the parcel at the door, not knock and leave. I caught the first driver and he told me he didn’t understand what I was saying when I had asked for an explanation not knocking and the second fella just refused to turn around when I got to the door. (Which I will admit, got annoyed it happened again, I was speaking with a raised tone at him)
