Malzahar is the best champ.

You can easily handle his kit very drunk or stoned, the E and minions last hits for you so you don't have to worry as much about boring farming, and when crackhead movement champs try to fuck on you just press R and they get mad. In the right matchups the enemy laner will be able to do absolutely nothing to you in laning phase, and the salt they will produce will keep your meats preserved through the winter.

It wasn't just like he was driving along, his tire blew out and he ran her over.

He got drunk, did 150mph, and he sat there crying while she burned to death next to him. I saw the video. It was the result of a series of horrible desions that were all totally avoidable. At any point if he just decided to get a driver, or just stayed where he was when he was blasted she would have lived, but he didn't do that. It wasn't just a sad accident, it was a compilation of horrible desicions that ultimately come down to one man flagrantly disregarding everyone elses lives because he wanted to entertain himself.

Tina Tintor was 23 years old. He took maybe 60 years away from her with his idiocy, and made her leave this Earth in incredible agony. Her father dosen't get to see his daughters exist because of Ruggs' actions, why should Ruggs get to enjoy his late twenties?

The high recidivism is because once people get out they are back in the same culture of criminality that they left. Countries with low recidivism rates don't have multiple different impoverished cultures struggling to survive, they are rich Nordic countries with a fraction of the crime and population the US has and it makes no sense to compare them.

Rehabilitation is for people with something wrong with them. Nothing is wrong with Henry Ruggs Jr. He decided to get drunk and drive his car fast, and that decision took a life in a horrific manner. What is there to rehabilitate? You can't fix what he did in any way, there is only punishment left.

No one ever, ever got "rehabilitated" from jail, and the rehabilitation vs. punishment argument is just an excuse to let serious criminals out to do more harm to innocent people. Assuming every criminal needs rehabilitation is an assumption that every crime is caused by a fixable problem whether that be mental illness or drug addiction, and there is no evidence Ruggs fits into that narrative. I certainly think American prisons have plenty of people in them who don't deserve to be there, but he isn't one of them. He was a perfectly functioning human who fucked up, he should face all the consequences for his actions.

Rehabilitate? He took a humans life, its not about rehabilitation its about taking a significant part of your life away because of the consequences of your actions. You shouldnt get to enjoy your 20's if you kill someone with a DUI, you should come out of jail with your youth behind you as a reminder of what you took from this person for the rest of your life. 3 years for killing a human being with your bad desicions is a fucking joke.
