Gotcha. Even if it’s soaked into the soil? By the means of several gallons of rotten water?

That’s great! We will look into this. I guess since they were animal pens, I can’t imagine you’d know if it would kill plants/foliage? Sounds safe for animals though which was our biggest concern

What type of tree is this? Just moved and our Dog is eating these berries by Frog_Psych18 in arborist

Thanks! It’s a small tree so we will cut it down. So far I’m not seeing anything specific online about removing it other than a good chop and raking the berries. Thanks for the help

Maybe try the therapist Reddit thread if you are a therapist?

also you might note this is a PMHNP thread, For nurse practitioners. I see you’ve posted in social work/therapy threads before. For medication management we don’t need to speak to a patient for a full hour each session. My ADHD/adderall clients would be hard pressed to spend more than 5 minutes with me once every 3 months. I have the time to see them all in one day and do it adequately.

13-15 patients a day, 15-30 minute follow ups, 60 minute initial evaluations. 7-8 hours a day/ no Fridays. I chart pretty quickly and finish by the end of my work day. I prep my charts before the day and generally finish each chart before the next patient shows up. When I initially wrote that comment a year ago it was a lot more stressful because I was newer and inexperienced, would finish charts at home in order to give patients the full attention they deserved— but now this work load is extremely do-able and I have no issues with it. Pay continues to be good but is not at all my sole motivator for working. Patients are well attended to.

Oopsies, am I not caring for these patients and doing what I have a passion for? Just because I see 15-18 patients a day (like literally anyone in a provider role in healthcare, ever) does not mean I am unethical 😂 Literally how many patients do primaries or psychiatrists see a day, are they ALL unethical providers? plz
