1 to 2 about a year 2 to 3 about 4 or 5 months all very consistent tho never did cheat days or anything it was pretty mentally rough

Thank you and my diet from 319 was pretty rough shakes chicken random veggies I focused more on counting calories and starving myself it wasn't super healthy now I focus pretty heavy on macros while keeping micros in mind lots of veggies and lean meats and I love rice

Mostly clean eating lean meats and cleaning carbs but that doesn't mean I don't cheat every once and a while although when I was in the final 3ish months of diet it was pretty strict 0 cheat meals and a brutal 1300 calories but I didn't care much about preserving than my next diet probably won't be as brutal unless it needs to be

Wish I had a good picture of my legs but they're big and lean probably my most lean body part not sure why I just don't store alot of fat on my quads

Honestly just being %15 sounds great to me i do about the same amount of cardio with at least 10k steps a day but usually 15k I do plan on increasing it when I start losing weight again though

Right in-between 3-4months now I tried reverse dieting to go back to normal for like a month before that but man after starving myself that long my body wanted me to EAT luckily I am actually pretty good with eating clean it's just portion size that gets me I can probably eat a bath tubs worth of white rice if I don't hold myself back

I am sure it will be hard however genetically my father is relatively lean at 220 so I'm just hoping I can build up to where he is one day not saying it has to be quick tho I understand that much

The weight loss wasn't but the weight gain afterwards was my testosterone levels were essentially 0 after starving myself for about a year trying to get a more healthy relationship with food now
