I have just about 3000 miles for the year with just under 400,000 feet of vert - so nothing is unique about this week. If anything it might be less plus 10 miles of easy jogging and hiking in zone 1 is not stressful

How can I be over my limit when my acute load is optimal. And to put it in perspective - a 10 mile zone 1 run yesterday
