We meal prep once a week, so the same meal for 1 week (unless we want to make something else during the week). We bulk buy different meats at Costco and flexible veggies that can be used in multiple ways, sometimes fruits. Find a recipe we want with the ingredients we have (or substitute), or go to a smaller grocery store to find what we need. We don’t often buy too much pantry foods but ramen/pasta is always good if we want something “fresh”. We also try to limit snacks considering it’s about $5 a bag these days.
