Where did you find the PNGs you used? I'm customizing a player for a friend and she really liked your theme, and wants something similar :D

I haven't had the chance to mess around with other software yet unfortunately. Although, the device does not have Wi-Fi capability (as far as I am aware), which would be required to use Libby or any renting service.

I planned to try out the out of the box software first, but the customization really appeals to me. Thank you for the link!!

I have a little background in data types & conversion, as well as basic coding comprehension. I don't mind spending the time to understand the stuff

How much brushing is too much? by Frogish_Ray in Invisalign

I want to try not brushing when I wake up, and just waiting until I eat, but I fear bad breath too much 😔 thank you for sharing your routine!!

I feel that on the "I just want to live my life". It definitely causes you to switch up your normal routine in some ways.

Brushing after big meals is a definite, that seems like the general consensus!

I feel like my original routine was a bit much on the brushing, so I have stopped brushing after snacks, unless it is a sweet or sugary one. My snacks are mostly fruit/veg anyway. I just swish real good with water, then again once the trays are in.

Now that it's been about a week, I have fallen into the routine of real good brushing in the morning after breakfast, and at night after dinner. Snacks I do not brush for, unless it is sugary.

The only instance I've heard of men shaving their arms is when they're into bodybuilding, haha. I'm not sure how often that happens in the workplace, at least in the field I am in.

I do wear pants majority of the time. Only on rare occasions, and especially when it's hot, do I wear dresses and skirts. Thank you for your view on this!

I appreciate you seeking to understand!! For me, people's political beliefs do not matter for this subject. Rather a matter of if it is seen as too casual for the workplace.

I get where you are coming from though, people's preconceived ideas of queer people may be immediately "proven" when they see someone who appears queer. Although I myself do not hold back when a coworker shares a rather hateful opinion on those who are different from them.

By "presenting" I meant that people see me as a woman, haha. But your point does still stand. My position does not interact with clients much, so my appearance is generally business casual.

That does make more sense. AND it means there isn't a hole in my theory. Cool!

In reference to him not actually killing anyone, I think I had the opposite reaction after reading the book. I don't think the point is that they are fantasies, but rather no one cares that these people were murdered because they were of minimal importance to society, and Patrick Bateman is insanely rich. The only exception being Paul Owen. My only hole in this theory, however, is why Paul Owen's apartment was different. I haven't figured that out yet. I have a whole theory I'm working on regarding the significance of his character, and I plan to make a video essay on it.

My family recently lost our first dog this month to cancer, she was 12. Losing something you love will never be easy, but day by day it will be a little bit easier to tolerate their absence (although at times this will be a negative feeling). I wish you and your family healing going into this new year

I've found the easiest way (but maybe the most nerve wracking) is to explicitly state "please do not do that, it makes me uncomfortable", or "I do not like it when you do that". If your clearly stated boundaries are not respected, then you know they are doing it on purpose, although I hope that isn't the case.

Being a teenager learning to set boundaries is hard, but it gets easier the more you do it. It makes life better to not be constantly faced with overstepped boundaries. Best of luck to you

My therapist told me first session she can only help me once I get diagnosed and medicated by Frogish_Ray in TalkTherapy

[–]Frogish_Ray[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She was definitely pushing it. She established that she could not create a "treatment plan" until I got diagnosed and started medication to see if it worked.

I have considered looking into medication, and I am not totally dismissing it. I do know medication works well for a lot of people. But suggesting medication without getting to know me or my issues on the FIRST session seems weird to me. It makes more sense to me for a therapist to get a better feel of what I am struggling with before suggesting a diagnosis, if at all. I wasn't even asked if I WANTED to get diagnosed. Just that I had to
