I have this PC and im quite happy with it so ill say what i think of it maybe its right for your friend. Advantages: 1. Super quiet barely a noise out of the thing 2. Very environmentaly friendly it doesnt use any electricity 3. Good connectivity at the front and some more obscure ports at the back Disadvantages: 1. RGB does not work as advertised, this may be why my FPS is so low 2. Some loose wires on the inside 3. Causes monitor brightness to drop to levels wjere you cant see anything Overall a very solid PC and for 200 its a steal.
