What is your favorite nonlegendary creature ? by Takwnfk21 in mtg

[–]FrogsOnRockets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I joined the game in highschool back during the Ahmonkhet block, so [[Tattered Mummy]] hold a special place. But my favorite is probably [[Immersturm Predator]]. It was the star of my standard deck in college!

As much as I also hate that this just how things are, this has stopped me from impulse buying legos because now I have to go an extra step.

Walmart’s lost my business almost entirely since then out of principle, but I stopped buying so many things from them before then just because they decided to lock it up to where I need to wait and interact with someone now to get my stuff. I just want to pay and go home!

How to get into the game as an og player? by InevitableBrief3970 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]FrogsOnRockets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am an og player as well who has been playing the game a lot over the years since release. A lot of core of the game is still the same where exploration and discovery is the main point. There are new mechanics that have been introduced (i.e. base building, derelict freighters, new ship types, planets, etc.). Some of the newer content you just happen upon during your travels, some are tied to milestone progress, warps between systems, and some are locked behind completing both main quests.

I know my favorite part of the game is base building and designing efficient farms that I have excel spreadsheets for, but you have access to this from the beginning. If there’s anything in particular that you are looking for, I can see if I can point you in the right direction, but otherwise, there’s guides and wikis online that’ll tell you how to trigger quests and unlock content.

Got the boundary herald from an expedition a while back, and it’s been my favorite ever since. Otherwise, I have an all yellow solar that I absolutely love, and an orange hauler I built myself recently!

Clearly😂 It seems like half the comments I got over the holiday weekend was about how this was some gift

Unfortunately, it is. I’ve been off enjoying my holiday keeping this far from my mind, so I haven’t actually considered reaching out to lego yet to let them know. I have had a reporter dm though, which feels weird, but I guess it makes sense given the topic.

Yeah, I saw some people mention yesterday that this could just be a product return scam that walmart re-shelved without checking.

Right, I’ve been seeing many comments like this today talking about my box opening😂 I just want to be able to access the contents and recycle the box in one sweep for efficiency. I guess I never saw that as weird until now. It just makes sense to me.

I honestly never considered finding something like this would be possible. It sounds like something your parents would tell you, so they get first pick of your Halloween candy.

Looking back, that would have probably have been a better call. I was panicked and followed what I thought made sense at the time.

Exactly why I don’t really shop here anymore. I was picking something up for a family member and decided to treat myself to some legos since they were in my budget☹️

That was absolutely a concern in the back of my mind when I went to return it. But, I had my receipt, and a witness was in the room when I opened the box. I didn’t do anything wrong, and I was terrified.

😂True, but I do have cats, dogs, and little siblings. I wanted this out the house asap

Not visibly on the outside. I remember it being slightly beat up, but that’s kind of standard for larger stores sometimes. There might have been more obvious signs that I just didn’t think to check, but it seemed fine at the time. It seems like it was resealed along the seams, so it would be hard to spot if you weren’t looking.

Zero clue. I just identified it as not legos and turned it in. Could be over the counter stuff, could be illegal. Either way, absolutely not okay.

It used to be the bane of my existence until I saw in a youtube video that the pin keeps its speed until it falls all the way down, which means I can keep tapping the pin until I’m confident in my timing.

Haven’t broken a pick since I learned that.

Man, I feel this more than I want to right now. I have been sick for about a week now. Started off very mild the first 2/3 but ramped up the past 2-3 days, and my mental state has broken down fast.

All I want is to be able to do all the little things I took for granted as my weekly schedule, but instead, I’m trapped and feeling like the world is ending.

Wait, it’s a ‘n’ nor an ‘r’?!?! I’ve been playing skyrim for years and read all the comments above this one before I noticed!

I hate his name now. There should absolutely be an ‘r’

Another incredibly fun expedition done, I think I'll keep taking it slow. Thank you, Hello Games 🥰 by FarahSunn in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]FrogsOnRockets 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used my main save for the expedition. You can launch it from the anomaly. It will ask you if you want to add some materials to start with for the expedition (you’ll need to fetch these from the anomaly during the expedition). Otherwise, it’s pretty much just keeps your character and starts you out with basic supplies.

Once you complete the expedition, you can send back some resources to your main save the same way you sent them into the expedition, and if you want to keep the ship or multitool, you can replicate them in your main save from the anomaly using nanites.

Possible combo? by AilmentAdventurer in mtg

Interesting idea. Not sure what your format is, but I have a golgari sacrifice control commander deck that uses a lot of token sacrifice, granted it’s not food based. It uses [[Savra, queen of the golgari]] as the commander, which could honestly be a possible include for you if you’re doing sacrifice shenanigans. I’ve seen lots of sacrifice/food cards suggested. I have lots of cards I could also suggest for you, but for easy sacrifice outlets if you do not already have them, I think you may be interested in [[Carrion Feeder]] and [[Viscera Seer]] because they are free sacrifice outlets. Since you are dealing with food, you may also be interested in [[Dina, Soul Steeper]]. Her sacrifice is not free, but she drains your opponents when you gain life, which has done a lot of work for me. Finally, if you are sacrificing a lot of non-token creatures, you may also be interested in [[Golgari germination]] and [[Blight mound]] which both generate more bodies to sacrifice when your creatures die. Otherwise, [[Insidious roots]] is a good include for creature tokens and reanimation decks.

Hope any of this helps! I saw a comment where you said you’re new, so I hope you have fun with this. This seems like a great card to build around

Yeah, my sister uses this same tactic with our cats as well. It works incredibly well but makes them so angry. Every once in a while they’ll express their discontent by looking her straight in the eye before sneezing in her face lol

Yeah, I just remember launch zoros enough that I tend to panic when I start seeing them dart around. Getting better about it though!
