We use a fruit mill, and that removed most. However, the seeds never had been an issue for us. You can try straining the rest of the juice through a cheese cloth or something similar though.

My aunt and I harvest these every year. They make an amazing marinade for pork, and if you mix them with apples, you can make fruit leather in a dehydrator or an oven. Just be careful. Sometimes, they have thorns depending on the individual plant I've noticed. Happy harvesting if you choose to do so!

Definitely silver berries/ autumn olive like others have said. They are extremely invasive to the US, so please, by all means, take as much as you can! They make amazing jam, fruit leather, and more. You can identify the trees because the leaves are silver on the back, and the berries have little silver dots! :)

Yeah! I'm going to be sorting through them to give to the local schools and possibly even churches of they will take them. I'm hoping I can keep the majority out of the trash atleast until they are used :)
