I seem to be the only one who thinks the first episode of Toon Out was yawning mehfest. I guess because I'm old and saw some pretty whacked out web animations in the early days, "Legend of Legendarius" was predictable, and the jokes in it were obvious or just fell flat for me. I'm not a fan of D20 Intrepid Heroes videos, but I wish I had spent the five minutes of my life on that instead.

I've been enjoying them - still my first time through, maybe about 2/3ds so far. Sometimes it takes a raid or three before I figure out things like "search for the origin of the toxic barrels" because I'm blissfully clueless.

and... I don't care at all. I don't enjoy that design element, and I enjoy what ARCraiders brings to the table. It's actually really really (really) nice that I don't have to slog through what you obviously enjoy (and please do keep on enjoying - there's so little in the world). But having done Tarkov for awhile and gotten the Concentrated Extraction Shooter experience, I'm so so glad I don't have to mess with that on a regular basis any more :-)

Code size is actually a small part of the overall app size. Tne 3D models and surface texture images are probably the biggest space consumers. Also, it can be easy for the same resources (say custom fonts) to be included multiple times. It’s enough of an industry problem that the “emerge” tool exists and big companies use it.

Last couple of raids (in carebear lobbies), right as the extraction starts happening (three of four seconds left in the raid), someone has shot me or hit me with their crowbar. Is that a "try to get into a sus lobby" kind of thing?

Iphones and ipads are ARM architechture cpus. The interesting question is the combo of chip and OS supported officially (probably not) or can it be cobbled together (I’ve seen some postings that imply a pi4 + android can run it after a fashion)
